Fun with Cole

Belton and his friend, Cole really have a lot of fun together. So when Alissa told me she was going to do little "preschool" classes with Cole and that we were welcome to join them - I decided that we would try to go once a week!
 B is for Buttons!

Belton's favorite part of going to Cole's house is definitely playing with the "choo-choo!" that they have. But I think he enjoys the other stuff too!

 B is for Birds!

 C is for Cookies!

We've been busy these last couple of weeks and haven't seen Cole in a while. Belton keeps on asking about him. They're so cute together!

Wedding Prep- Day 1

Peter and Kelly got married last weekend! Yay!

Their wedding was in my parents' backyard and it was beautiful! But more on that later.

The week before, several of us got together to start the wedding set-up.The main goal of the day was to put the 600 lights into the six 100 foot strands and get them hung up.

 Kelly worked on some painting!
Here's Peter on top of the pergola working on the lights.

The kids did a pretty good job of entertaining themselves once they decided they were done helping. Belton and Lillian played peek-a-boo through the pack-n-play.
Marcus, Kash and Aaron jumped into the pool over and over and over again in different positions. I'm glad I got some pictures of this!

Sundance Square

We went and picked Matt up from work recently and decided to make an evening of it! We let Belton play in Sundance Square and went to eat nearby. Downtown Fort Worth is a fun place to be! And it was nice to wait out rush hour traffic. I love these pictures because I think Belton looks like such a typical little BOY!

Chrystal's Baby Shower

Mom and I threw a baby shower for Chrystal. We had a great time celebrating her and her "sweet little pumpkin"!

We served peek-a-boo pumpkin bread, sausage squares, macaroni and cheese bites, pumpkin harvest chex mix, a pineapple cheese ball that looked like a pumpkin with crackers and veggies, fruit, petifours from George's, homemade cream pies and punch.

We played a few games, colored some pictures for the baby, ate some food and watched Chrystal open her gifts!

She was thrilled with the group gift!
