Thanksgiving

Matt and I had a great time this Thanksgiving! We spent the day with the Tovar family and spent the night with Matt's parents. Here are a couple of the only pictures I took of the day!

Christmas Time!

So I know it's not December yet, but Thanksgiving is over and I am in full on Christmas mode! I've spent the better part of the last couple of days decorating for Christmas- at my parents' house, at my in-laws' house, and at my grandparents-in-laws' house! This is my favorite time of year!! :-)

Black Friday!

We have had a fabulous week of family and fun...I am definitely disappointed that it's almost over! I am incredibly grateful for my family...the old and the new. :)

 Home

I am thankful for my hometown. When I am driving back from Lubbock I go around that curve and the skyline is right there in front of me, I am always filled with relief that I am home. I love the feeling of being in such a familiar place that I've known all my life.

Dancing

It's fun and it gets people interacting with each other! Plus, it can be romantic or great stress relief!

Yes, I know that this seems ridiculous...but I don't know what I wore in the summer before I discovered flip flops! :)

Jesus Christ

I am so grateful for Jesus Christ and His sacrifice. I am incredibly humbled by the fact that He sacrificed for me. I would be lost without the knowledge and joy that the gospel brings.

 Nature and Flowers

We are surrounded by beauty all around us on a daily basis. Even here in the middle of west Texas, there is beauty in nature! I am so grateful for the beautiful world around us!!

I have a few very close friends. They mean the world to me! I'm grateful that I can rely on them and enjoy their company! The friendships are all very different, but all add a lot of happiness to my world! It's strange to think about what my life would be without them, and honestly, I don't want to know! :)
