Graduates!

 Chrystal and I have been best friends since sixth grade. She and her boyfriend just graduated from Texas Tech, and I just can't believe it!!  Right before I left town for Christmas break, I took some pictures of the graduates around Tech campus, it was a lot of fun! (Although it made me wish I had spent more time practicing photography!)

 So cool, right?? The real rings look exactly like this, and have "Strive for Honor" engraved on the inside!

P.S. I hope I can convince someone to take pictures of Matt and me like this next year, when we're graduating. Looking at these pictures, I want some! :-)

Christmas Trail

Matt and I went to the Christmas Trail at the Tech Ranching Heritage Center. It was so neat! 

They had some way yummy popcorn!! :)

 The whole place looked like this. It was just so beautiful to walk around out there!

 

 This is a really fun Christmas activity if you're in the Lubbock area at Christmas-time!

Christmas Party

So, I love decorating for holidays...the only problem is that entertaining scares me. So, we invited Chrystal and Erik over for a "Christmas party"...just the four of us! I'm starting small with this whole entertaining concept! :)

We ate WAY too much food...

Thanksgiving

Matt and I had a great time this Thanksgiving! We spent the day with the Tovar family and spent the night with Matt's parents. Here are a couple of the only pictures I took of the day!

Christmas Time!

So I know it's not December yet, but Thanksgiving is over and I am in full on Christmas mode! I've spent the better part of the last couple of days decorating for Christmas- at my parents' house, at my in-laws' house, and at my grandparents-in-laws' house! This is my favorite time of year!! :-)

Black Friday!

We have had a fabulous week of family and fun...I am definitely disappointed that it's almost over! I am incredibly grateful for my family...the old and the new. :)
