We went to Bethlehem Revisited in Waxahachie this year.
It was really neat! As their website says, "Bethlehem allows visitors an opportunity to step back in time 2000
years, walk the streets of ancient Bethlehem and observe the reenactment
of the night of Christ’s birth, complete with Mary, Joseph, marketplace
vendors, craftsmen, tradesmen, clergy and many more."
It is definitely a learning experience and a way to make the story of Christ's birth more real- especially for little ones! As we went throughout the season, we could talk to Belton about the events we saw happen and he really understood it all better!
