It was so great to see you guys! Thanks for having us over!
And thanks for our Easter goodies!!

Easter Egg Hunt with the Tovar's

Saturday afternoon, we went to Matt's Uncle JP's house (in Rowlett, yay!) for an Easter get together with some of the Tovar family. Sweet Emma looked so beautiful in her dress, I just couldn't resist!

The kids (and Grandmas) had fun blowing bubbles!!

Let the Easter egg hunting begin!
Matt and Belton rounded up a little candy.
 Sweet Emma
Belton was enjoying all of the excitement!
Matt's cousins, Halle, Emma, and Marissa
 Belton's in a tree!
 Bring out the cascarones!

After she sweetly asked him if it was okay, this was Matt's reaction to the confetti egg!
For the record, after three showers, I still found a piece of confetti in Matt's hair!
Belton even got a little bit while he was with Abuela!

JP realized no one had gotten me yet, and took care of that!
 Happy Easter!

Brunch with Chrystal, Erik & Fam

On Saturday, Chrystal's mom had Chrystal, Erik, Matt, Belton and me over for brunch to visit! Chrystal's Grandma was in town for Easter, so we got to see her too!
Best friends for going on 13 years!
Do you think he's a little bit loved?

 Erik and Chrystal with Belton!
Our family Easter picture (Since we forgot to take one on Sunday, when Matt was wearing a tie!)
The look on his face in these two pictures cracks me up!

Everyone was so impressed that Belton has started holding his bottle on his own (sometimes)!

Klyde Warren Park

Matt was off work on Good Friday, so we decided to head to Klyde Warren  Park and explore a little!
We parked right next to the Dallas Oncor building, so we took the opportunity to get a picture of Matt with the sign!
Matt and I decided to get lunch from the food trucks and eat at the park. He got a hot dog from this truck!

And I got a grilled cheese from this one. This line took forever though!!
We ate at the tables in the middle of the park, and Belton soaked up some sun!
 It was a beautiful day!!
 He's such a happy baby!

Here is Belton trying to sit up in his car seat while we walked past the reading and games courtyard
You could even check out some games from this guy to play over here! We saw lots of people playing chess and checkers.

The park has this awesome kids play area, a dog play area, a putting green, croquet, the reading area, foosball tables, ping pong tables, badminton, a couple of walking trails, a stage for events and more! It is a great place to visit. I'm sure we will be back!
